‘Person with a disability’ means a person who:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the person;
2. Has a record of such an impairment; or
3. Is regarded as having such an impairment.
