1. No short-term lessor may:

- Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
(a) Refuse to lease a vehicle to a member of the Armed Forces of the United States; or
(b) Discriminate against such a person in the terms, conditions or privileges of the rental of a vehicle, because of that person’s membership in the Armed Forces.
2. Any person who willfully violates any provision of subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
