Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 573.015

  • Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
  • Livestock: means :

    (a) Cattle, sheep, goats, horses, mules, asses, burros, swine or poultry; and

    (b) Alternative livestock as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 573.010
