1. The yards, pens and premises where livestock is held or handled must be cleaned and maintained for the purpose of preventing infectious, contagious or parasitic livestock diseases.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 573.140
- Livestock: means :
(a) Cattle, sheep, goats, horses, mules, asses, burros, swine or poultry; and
(b) Alternative livestock as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 573.010
2. If livestock is held on the premises for more than 10 hours, then facilities for feeding and watering the livestock so held must be provided.
