In addition to any other remedy provided by law, any person may maintain an action against a commercial user who violates the provisions of NRS 597.7125, seek to enjoin the remanufacture, retrofitting, sale, contract to sell or resell, lease or subletting of a crib that is unsafe for an infant and seek reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
