‘Borrower’ means a natural person who is a mortgagor, grantor of a deed of trust or other debtor of a home loan.

- Grantor: The person who establishes a trust and places property into it.
- Mortgagor: The person who pledges property to a creditor as collateral for a loan and who receives the money.
