1. The Attorney General shall provide opinions for the Unit on all questions of law relating to the construction, interpretation or administration of this chapter.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 599B.015
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Consumer Affairs. See Nevada Revised Statutes 599B.010
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Unit: means the Consumer Affairs Unit of the Department of Business and Industry. See Nevada Revised Statutes 599B.010
2. The Commissioner shall determine whether a person is required to register pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. In making that determination, the Commissioner shall consider the definitions, intent, findings and declarations set forth in this chapter.
