A licensee who has been issued a license to operate a title loan service pursuant to this chapter must collect past due accounts in a professional, fair and lawful manner in accordance with the provisions of NRS 604A.5072 and applicable provisions of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., as amended. Such a licensee shall not use unlawful threats, intimidation or harassment to collect unpaid accounts.
