‘Benefits’ has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 612.035 and also includes the principal due on a bond which is attributable to the payment of benefits under Title XII of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1321 et seq., as amended, or which is attributable to the repayment of the principal of a federal advance, in each case, exclusive of interest on the bond or bond administrative expenses.
