Any party to any hearing, investigation or other proceeding before the Board has the right to the attendance of witnesses in his or her behalf at the hearing, investigation or other proceeding or upon deposition as set forth in this chapter upon making a request therefor to the Board and designating the person sought to be subpoenaed.

- Deposition: An oral statement made before an officer authorized by law to administer oaths. Such statements are often taken to examine potential witnesses, to obtain discovery, or to be used later in trial.
