1.  Maintain offices in as many locations in the State as it finds necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter;

2.  Employ and fix the compensation of an Executive Director and any other employees, including, without limitation, investigators, lobbyists, attorneys, other professional consultants and clerical personnel the Board deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter;

3.  Contract with professional consultants and service providers, including, without limitation, investigators, lobbyists and attorneys, as the Board deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter; and

4.  Transact any other business necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
