Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 639.285

  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
  • substantial bodily harm: means :

    1. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.060

1.  If no substantial bodily harm results, is guilty of a category D felony; or

2.  If substantial bodily harm results, is guilty of a category C felony, and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130, unless a greater penalty is provided pursuant to NRS 200.830 or 200.840.
