Whenever any person has engaged in or is about to engage in any conduct which constitutes a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the district court of any county, on application of the Board, may issue an injunction or any other order restraining such conduct. Proceedings under this section must be governed by Rule 65 of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, except that no bond or undertaking is required in any action commenced by the Board.

- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
