It is unlawful for any person, other than a person licensed pursuant to this chapter, to use the title of a licensee in connection with his or her work, or in any other way imply that the person is licensed by the Board, unless he or she is so licensed.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
