No person may operate a barbershop unless the Board has issued a license to operate a barbershop to that person.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 643.171
- Barbershop: means any establishment or place of business where the practice of barbering is engaged in or carried on. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
- Board: means the State Barbers" Health and Sanitation Board. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
