When any person has engaged in any act or practice which constitutes an offense under this chapter, the district court of any county, on application of the Board, may issue an injunction or other appropriate order restraining the act or practice, without a showing of actual harm. A proceeding under this section is governed by Rule 65 of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure.

- county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
