‘Brokerage agreement’ means a written contract between an owner and a real estate broker in which the owner agrees to pay a commission to the real estate broker for services provided by the broker relating to the disposition of commercial real estate as specified in the agreement.

- Commission: means the Real Estate Commission. See Nevada Revised Statutes 645.010
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- real estate: means every interest or estate in real property including but not limited to freeholds, leaseholds and interests in condominiums, town houses or planned unit developments, whether corporeal or incorporeal, and whether the real property is situated in this State or elsewhere.
