It is unlawful for any foreign corporation to transact any escrow business in this state unless it:

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
1. Qualifies under chapter 80 of NRS; and
2. Complies with the provisions of this chapter unless exempted by NRS 645A.015.
