A mortgage company or qualified employee who wishes to engage in activities as a residential mortgage loan originator or to supervise a mortgage loan originator who engages in activities as a residential mortgage loan originator must obtain and maintain a license as a mortgage loan originator pursuant to the provisions of NRS 645B.400 to 645B.460, inclusive.
