1. Any person authorized to engage in activities as a residential mortgage loan originator on behalf of an installment loan lender licensed under chapter 675 of NRS shall obtain and maintain a license as a mortgage loan originator.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. As used in this section:
(a) ’Mortgage loan originator’ has the meaning ascribed to in NRS 645B.0125; and
(b) ’Residential mortgage loan originator’ has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 645B.01325.
