1. If the exchange facilitator is a corporation qualified to do business in this State, every officer, director and exchange facilitator officer designated pursuant to NRS 645G.170 of the corporation who does business in this State must be licensed. No other employee is required to be licensed.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 645G.120
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. If the exchange facilitator is not a natural person or a publicly traded company, each shareholder, member or other owner who owns 10 percent or more of the voting stock, shares or other ownership interest of the exchange facilitator must be licensed.
