‘Collection agent’ means any person, who, on behalf of a collection agency, makes a collection, solicitation or investigation of a claim at a place or location other than the business premises of the collection agency, but does not include:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Employees of a collection agency whose activities and duties are restricted to the business premises of the collection agency.
2. The individuals, corporations and associations enumerated in subsection 2 of NRS 649.020.
