Every officer, director, manager or employee of a bank required by chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS to take an oath or affirmation who willfully swears or affirms falsely is guilty of perjury, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by the laws of this state for cases of perjury.
