1. Except as provided in NRS 677.770 and 677.790, a licensee may make loans to any person, secured by real or personal property, without regard to the location or nature of the security.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 677.780
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
2. Any loan made on property situated outside this state which is lawful under the laws of the state in which the property is situated may be collected or otherwise enforced in this state in accordance with its terms.
