1. A person shall not:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
(a) Advertise the sale of cannabis or cannabis products by the person; or
(b) Sell, offer to sell or appear to sell cannabis or cannabis products or allow the submission of an order for cannabis or cannabis products, unless the person holds an adult-use cannabis establishment license or a medical cannabis establishment license.
2. A local government shall not regulate the content of an advertisement for the sale of cannabis or cannabis products unless the local government adopts an ordinance setting forth such regulations.
