Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 679B.125

  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039

1.  An unqualified, disqualified or unsuitable person is not involved in insurance; and

2.  The insurance business is not conducted in an unsuitable manner. The Commissioner shall, by regulation, define the terms ‘unsuitable person’ and ‘unsuitable manner’ for use in carrying out the provisions of this section and NRS 679B.310 and 680A.200.
