A reciprocal insurer shall:
1. Have and use a business name. The name shall include the word ‘reciprocal,’ or ‘interinsurer,’ or ‘interinsurance,’ or ‘exchange,’ or ‘underwriters,’ or ‘underwriting,’ or ‘association.’
2. Sue and be sued in its own name.
