The Commissioner shall license as a club agent only an individual who has otherwise complied with this chapter, and who has furnished evidence satisfactory to the Commissioner that the individual:

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Is at least 21 years of age.
2. Has been a bona fide resident of this state or is a resident of a state which will permit residents of this state to act as club agents in such other state.
3. Is a trustworthy person with a good reputation.
