‘Owner’ means:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 704A.100
- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. The person in whom legal title appears by recorded deed;
2. The person in possession under claim of title; or
3. The person exercising acts of ownership on the person’s own behalf or as the personal representative of the owner, including boards of trustees of school districts owning property within the service district.
