‘Subsidiary’ of any resident domestic corporation means any other entity of which a majority of the voting power is held, directly or indirectly, by the resident domestic corporation.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Entity: means a foreign or domestic:
(1) Corporation, whether or not for profit;
(2) Limited-liability company;
(3) Limited partnership; or
(4) Business trust. See Nevada Revised Statutes 78.010
