The provisions of this chapter may be amended or repealed at the pleasure of the legislature. A limited-liability company created pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or availing itself of any of the provisions of this chapter and all members and managers of the limited-liability company are bound by the amendment. An amendment or repeal does not take away or impair any remedy against a limited-liability company or its managers or members for a liability that has been previously incurred. The provisions of this chapter and all amendments thereof are a part of the articles of every limited-liability company.
