- Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
- Council: means the Private Activity Bond Council created by Nevada Revised Statutes 348A.010
- Director: means the Director of the Department of Business and Industry. See Nevada Revised Statutes 348A.010
