Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes > Chapter 427A > Vulnerable Adult Fatality Review Committee

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

  • Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
  • Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
