Board: means the State Board of Health. See Nevada Revised Statutes 440.010
county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
State Registrar: means the State Registrar of Vital Statistics. See Nevada Revised Statutes 440.060
vital statistics: means records of birth, legitimation of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, annulment of marriage, divorce and data incidental thereto. See Nevada Revised Statutes 440.080
