- advanced practice registered nurse: means a registered nurse who holds a valid license as an advanced practice registered nurse issued by the State Board of Nursing pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 440.005
- Board: means the State Board of Health. See Nevada Revised Statutes 440.010
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
