- Answer: The formal written statement by a defendant responding to a civil complaint and setting forth the grounds for defense.

Concurrent resolutions are not submitted to the President/Governor and thus do not have the force of law.

- sheep: shall mean animals of the ovine species. See Nevada Revised Statutes 562.030
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
