- board: shall mean the board provided for in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 100-A:1
- State: shall mean the state of New Hampshire. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 100-A:1
- sworn: when applied to public officers required by the constitution to take oaths therein prescribed, shall refer to those oaths; when applied to other officers it shall mean sworn to the faithful discharge of the duties of their offices before a justice of the peace, or other person authorized to administer official oaths in such cases. Before entering upon the duties of the office, the executive director shall be sworn, and shall give bond to the state in the sum of $20,000, with sufficient sureties to be approved by the board, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of the office. The bond shall be filed and preserved in the office of the secretary of state.
