Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 104:25
- justice: when applied to a magistrate, shall mean a justice of a municipal court, or a justice of the peace having jurisdiction over the subject-matter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:12
No sheriff or deputy sheriff, police officer, constable or city marshal shall appear in any court or before a justice as attorney for any party in a civil proceeding or for a respondent in any criminal proceeding.
