Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 106-B:15-a
- Person: shall have the same meaning as in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 106-B:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
No person shall wear or exhibit the uniform, button, emblem, decoration, or other distinguishing mark of authority in use by the state police. Nor shall any person wear a similar uniform or wear or exhibit any object so nearly like such insignia as reasonably to be mistaken therefor.
