Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 110-B:41
- justice: when applied to a magistrate, shall mean a justice of a municipal court, or a justice of the peace having jurisdiction over the subject-matter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:12
- national guard: shall mean and refer to the army national guard and the air national guard unless otherwise indicated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 110-B:1-a

The delinquencies defined in the Uniform Code of Military Justice of the United States are hereby declared to be military offenses for which an offender will be punished according to law as a court-martial may direct within the limitations imposed upon courts-martial of the national guard by the laws of the United States.
