- Treatment: means examination, diagnosis, training, rehabilitation therapy, pharmaceuticals, and other services provided to clients in the mental health services system. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 135-C:2
No order made pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 135-C:45 for involuntary admission or any other type of treatment shall be valid for longer than 5 years. For the order to be renewed, another judicial hearing shall be held pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 135-C:34-54.
