Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 14-B:6
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
All records required to be filed or placed on file with the secretary of state under the provisions of this chapter, or with the clerk of the senate or the clerk of the house of representatives under the rules or guidelines adopted in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 14-B:5, shall be made available on the website maintained by the committee in a timely manner. Records maintained by the office of the secretary of state shall be retained for a period of 6 years, after which time they may be destroyed.
