The commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
I. Identifying critical health problems in this state as authorized under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:2, I(c) and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:3.
II. The manner of reporting critical health problems as authorized under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:4.
III. Form and content of the critical health reports under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:4 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:5, II.
IV. Maintaining critical health reports under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:6.
V. [Repealed.]

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 141-A:5-a
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the department of health and human services. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 141-A:2
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
II. The manner of reporting critical health problems as authorized under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:4.
III. Form and content of the critical health reports under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:4 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:5, II.
