Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 147-F:20
- Brownfields: means properties which have been environmentally contaminated, subject to the limitations of N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 147-F:3

Authority is granted for the state of New Hampshire to participate in the federally funded state brownfields cleanup revolving loan funds as may be provided under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, or related federal legislation as amended from time to time. The loan funds shall be administered by the commissioner, under rules adopted by the commissioner pursuant to RSA 541-A.
