No person shall bring an action against a receiver appointed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 151-H:3 without prior approval of the court. The receiver shall not be personally liable unless he or she commits acts or omissions amounting to gross negligence, intentional tortious conduct, or breach of fiduciary duties. In all other cases, the receiver shall be liable in his or her official capacity only, and any judgment rendered shall be satisfied out of the receivership assets.
