Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 153:24
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Whoever shall violate any rule or regulation of the state fire marshal issued pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 153:5 or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 153:14, I, shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. Each offense shall constitute a separate violation. All penalties, fees, or forfeitures collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the treasury of the state.
