Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 155-E:5-b

  • following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The regulator, upon application and following a hearing held in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 155-E:7, may grant an exception in writing to the standards contained in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 155-E:4-a, 155-E:5 and 155-E:5-a for good cause shown. The written decision shall state specifically what standards, if any, are being relaxed, and include reasonable alternative conditions or standards. The regulator’s decision on any request for such exception may be appealed in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 155-E:9.
