No designated member, director, officer, employee, or agent of the authority, the business finance authority, or a business entity created under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 162-S:4, III shall be liable personally on the bonds or any contract entered into by the authority or such business entity or subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance of the bonds, unless the personal liability or accountability is the result of willful misconduct.
