Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 167-C:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
It is the policy of the state of New Hampshire to encourage and enable the blind, the visually disabled, and the otherwise physically disabled to participate fully in the social and economic life of the state and to engage in remunerative employment.
