There is hereby established a nonlapsing fund to be known as the child care licensing fund, which shall be administered by the commissioner of the department of health and human services and which shall be kept distinct and separate from all other funds. All fees for state registry and criminal records checks collected by the department pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 170-E:7 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 170-E:29-a shall be deposited in the fund and all moneys in the fund shall be continually appropriated to the department of health and human services for the purpose of paying costs associated with administering the provisions of this chapter.
